Anne-Lise has a scientific back-ground and studied biology.
A naturopathic practitioner for over 25 years, she is one of the leading teachers of colonic hydrotherapy and detoxification in the UK and she lectures on the subject regularly.
She holds qualifications in Colonic hydrotherapy, Aromatherapy, Massage, Systematic Kinesiology, Nutritional counselling, Dance and Exercise, Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy.
In 1996 she co-founded with Brian Miller the Whole Health Centre, a complementary health clinic based in London NW3 and, in 1998 Cleansing for Life in Scotland, a residential centre dedicated to fasting, colonic health and detoxification.
She is currently an appointed advisor and member of The Institute of Professional Colon Hydrotherapy. She has contributed to Here's Health Magazine, Radiant health magazine and more recently The IBS network magazine.She was featured in the Independent newspaper and has made appearances on Chanel4, BBC2 and ITV television.
